What features and appliances come with the apartment?

Each apartment home at The Sutton includes stainless steel appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, and washer and dryer connections. Many of our upgraded Mesquite apartments also feature walk-in closets, ceiling fans, and granite countertops, creating a comfortable and modern living space.

What floor plans does The Sutton offer?

The Sutton features one- and two-bedroom floor plans, with select homes offering townhome-style layouts and carports.

What amenities does The Sutton offer?

The Sutton offers a resort-inspired pool, clothes care facility, resident clubhouse, business center with complimentary Wi-Fi, and grilling areas.

Are utilities included in the rent?

Utilities are not included in the rent at The Sutton. Residents are responsible for electric, internet, and cable, and typically pay a separate, usage-based charge for water, sewer, and trash that is billed through the community each month.
